We provide the Seattle community with affordable, environmentally sound and sustainable backyard cottages and Detached Auxiliary Dwelling Units (DADU). In partnership with Microhouse and COM.Position Design, we offer a broad range of pre-fabricated, standardized, and custom cottages. We want the process to be simple, so we also provide site development, integrated project planning, and financing assistance. We design and build with you and our community in mind, because every home, even a small one, should live large.
